About

Sienna was born on November 11, 1997, in Walnut Creek, California. She passed away on April 29, 2020 and was a senior at Gonzaga University. She loved the outdoors, and her favorite color was yellow.

Sienna loved animals and especially sharks, and even had a shark tattoo on her foot.  Some sharks need to keep swimming to take in oxygen, so continuously moving forward is a survival instinct, there’s simply no choice. Sienna used that as a motto in her own life. Whenever things got difficult or when there was a particularly challenging obstacle she would say “just keep swimming” as a reminder that we just need to move forward, don’t stop, and don’t let anything hold you back.

While Sienna will be greatly missed, her memory will be with each of us forever, and we will honor her always as we do our best to find the strength to just keep swimming.
